Studio Guidelines

Studio Guidelines

Welcome to Goda Yoga! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all, we ask that you please review the following guidelines:

Arrival & Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to secure your spot, as our studio fills quickly.

  • Hang coats and jackets on the rack and store shoes/personal items in the cubbies.

  • Keep outside shoes on the purple floor. If you plan to wear shoes for Meditative Movement or Spirit of Fitness, we recommend bringing a separate pair specifically for class.

  • If you arrive during a class, please keep your voice low to avoid disrupting the instructor and participants. Seating is available by the coat rack while you wait.

  • After class, Rebecca may have private clients. We ask that conversations take place in the seating area or semi-private room to respect their training time.

  • During Yoga classes, please silence or turn off your phones to maintain a focused environment.

Health & Accessibility

  • If you have any medical or physical conditions, please inform the instructor so the class can be safely adapted to your needs.

Studio Equipment

  • We provide yoga blocks, weights, balls, rollers, and other equipment.

  • Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, though we provide mats that are available to borrow.

  • Please wipe down all equipment after use with the provided spray bottles or cleaning supplies.

Registration & Class Policies

  • First-time participants must sign a waiver at the front desk and indicate which classes they are interested in.

  • Drop-In Classes: $20 per day (in-person payment only).

  • We also offer 5 & 10 class packs and monthly unlimited packages.

  • Please note that class packs and monthly memberships are not prorated for vacations or absences.

  • For full pricing and the seasonal schedule, see the Classes section of our website.

Inclement Weather

  • Goda Yoga typically closes when local schools (e.g., JPII) are closed due to winter weather.

  • Occasionally the studio may remain open if Rebecca is able to open it safely.

  • Please check our website, Facebook, or email updates for announcements regarding weather-related closures.

Pilates Machines

Pilates Machines

Our studio offers Pilates Reformer classes with a maximum of 4 participants per session, ensuring personalized attention and proper form. These classes are led by our Reformer Specialist, Rebecca, who provides expert guidance for all skill levels.

We offer several options to fit your needs:

  • Private Training: 30 minutes or 1 hour

  • Buddy Training: 1 hour (price per person)

  • Group Sessions: Please contact us directly for availability

Safety & Equipment Care

  • To maintain the quality of our reformers, participants should use only the provided spray bottle and rag to clean the machines. Do not use Lysol wipes, as they can damage the material.

  • Rebecca is available to assist with equipment setup, including adjusting bars or springs, to prevent injuries and ensure the machine is used safely.

Booking & Contact
Because Reformer sessions are a specialty offering, please contact Rebecca directly to reserve your spot or discuss class options.
